Forum for Inclusive Leaders - Mind The Pay Gap
You are invited to join the ’Forum for Inclusive Leaders’ for a session on the pay gap. A topic on every large employers agenda as we get ready to publish this years results on the gender pay gap and as the debate grows on publishing race and disability pay gaps. This will be an opportunity to hear from Professor Binna Kandola on the key issues that are causing the pay gap and the solutions that are helping employers to tackle it. He will be joined by a panel of experts who will share the challenges that their organisations face and how they are responding to them.
