The 3rd in a series of supportive employer workshops focuses on breaking down barriers. During previous employer engagement, businesses have spoken of their original misconceptions when considering work opportunities for young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

Our supportive employer network are keen to demonstrate to other employers the great skills that lie within this untapped, valuable workforce.

During this interactive event, attendee's will hear from an impressive range of speakers bringing with them a wealth of knowledge and positive examples of how making reasonable adjustments has had such positive impacts to their businesses and their workforce.
