Midlands-based commercial agency Holt Commercial has landed a national retailer at a prominent property in Coventry.
The agency, which has offices in Coventry and Birmingham, hooked online fishing retailer – Angling Direct – as a tenant at 513 Fletchamstead Highway, which was previously home to Barclays Bank.
The Norwich-headquartered company sells everything from rods and reels through to chairs and shelters and has launched a physical store within the 6,641 sq ft property, which is on one of the busiest interchanges in Coventry, after striking the deal through Holt Commercial.
The property benefits from a distinctive design and is perfectly placed for access to Coventry and Birmingham. It is also close to a range of national and international brands including Sainsbury’s, Starbucks, McDonalds and Audi.
