Founded in Coventry in 1933 when Ken Benfield, a carpenter, started in business, K B Benfield Group operate in building contracting, house building and property development and investment.

Now with over 85 years of construction experience, Benfield Homes remains a family owned company that has established a reputation for traditionally built high quality new homes for the discerning buyer, whether they be first time buyers, down sizers, growing families and investors alike. The same goes for our associated company, Fletcher Homes (Shropshire) Ltd., also part of the Benfield ‘family’.

We build a wide range of homes from one-bedroom apartments to six-bedroom detached homes.
