Fleur Sexton is Deputy Lieutenant, representing Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the West Midlands, Businesswoman of the Year and CEO and co-founder of multi-award winning PET-Xi Training, one of the most hard-hitting and dynamic training providers in the UK with a reputation for success with the hardest to reach.
Paula was instrumental in establishing the Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership in 2011 and has worked with the Government to secure over £330 million of funding for the area in her role as Operations Director.
She is currently leading the development of the area’s Local Industrial Strategy which is a huge opportunity to continue to drive business growth and productivity across the region.
Kate Hughes took on the new role of Head of Strategy and Engagement from June 2019.
Martin has been Chief Executive of Coventry City Council since April 2009. He was the Chief Executive and the Head of Paid Service of the West Midlands Combined Authority from March 2016 to September 2017. He had previously been with Bedfordshire County Council for three and a half years as Assistant Chief Executive and Chief Executive.
Steve is the vice chair of the Place Board and has been involved from the beginning of the formation and development of the Coventry and Warwickshire Champions.
Steve now runs his own company-The Stewart Alliance for which the major role he is contracted to deliver is leading the trade body for careers information and advice and guidance companies known as Careers England.
