Vicki Bromwich is a highly intuitive coach offering one-to-one coaching for private and
corporate clients. She works collaboratively to help identify and overcome issues that are
blocking individuals emotionally and preventing them from achieving their potential.
Vicki creates space and safety so that individuals can think differently and come up with their
own creative solutions that work. Through listening, observation, talking and questioning and
by reflecting, Vicki creates awareness, facilitates learning and inspires lasting change.
After a successful 20 year career in the Built Environment, with jobs ranging from Project
Manager to Director of National Frameworks, Vicki came to realise that many people’s
problems, within themselves and/or the workplace, were often associated with being
overwhelmed, bored, frustrated or lacking in confidence.
The concept of Innate Coaching Ltd was born, to give individuals and employers the
confidence and the space to address these issues. And with stress, depression, and anxiety
accounting for 54% of lost working days in 2018/19, more businesses are seeing the
benefits of coaching to support their employees and help them become more confident and
Vicki operates from her core values of wellbeing, learning and growth. The focus is on the
individual, realising well-formed outcomes and transferring skills so that the individual can go
on making changes and enabling others to do the same. She is passionate about helping
individuals and organisations be their best.
“Vicki is a supportive, compassionate, and energetic coach. I feel in capable and safe hands.
Vicki gives all the space I need and guides me gently yet accurately towards more clarity on
my goals and skills.”
N Smit, Business Owner
“Working with Vicki has equipped me with strategies to better deal with situations inside and
out of work. This has had a positive impact on my confidence in both my personal and
professional life. I am now more effective in communicating a challenging subject sensitively,
a direct result of my increased self-belief. Vicki is easy to talk to and immensely supportive.”
M Pike, HR Advisor
“One of Vicki’s skills is in the questions she asks, the ones that make you think and evaluate
– she extracted information I didn’t even realise was in my head. You have to be honest, even
if you’re sometimes uncomfortable about what you’re thinking and feeling. I learned how to
break down my long-held assumptions. I mix with peers and senior leaders in a different way
now – I’ve upped my game completely.”
H Hamilton, Strategic Development Manager
