Originally founded as a networking club for HR professionals in 1978 and called South Warwickshire Personnel and Training Group, this has now evolved into the Talent and People Alliance.
In today’s market every organisation is striving to develop a forward thinking talent and people strategy. The Talent and People Alliance is designed to act as a local knowledge-exchange network, allowing in-house Talent and People professionals to share ideas and best practice, whilst also providing the arena to discuss up and coming HR news and developments and listen to topical speakers.
Talent and People Alliance are excited to announce that their first event under this new name, will be taking place on Friday 14th October 2016 at 2.30 – 4.30pm at Warwick Castle.
Derek Eccleston, one of the original members, is a regular presenter of Employment Law Up-dates for CIPD, and will be talking about recent updates such as Family Rights and recent cases on Discrimination and Dismissal as well as possible implications of Brexit.
There will also be the opportunity to network with other in-house HR professionals in an informal, unique and beautiful setting.
