How to start a chat about mental health – for staff who are not office base

As we continue to recover from the pandemic, mental health and wellbeing at work has never been more important.

Our research tells us that Midlands employers want to do more to support mental health, but they don’t always know where to start. The Start a Chat campaign puts everything you need in one place to help keep things simple.

This webinar has been developed for organisations with a workforce that is not office-based. Whether that’s retail, manufacturing, construction, healthcare or any other setting, we know that there can be specific challenges when it comes to getting staff talking about mental health. In this session we will consider ways to get staff talking when they are not based in an office.
